    • Responsibilities:
      • Develop procurement policies aligned with national objectives.
      • Analyze global procurement trends and propose enhancements.
    • Eligibility:
      • Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or equivalent.
      • 15 years of relevant experience in procurement policy.
    • Salary: Rs. 700,000/- (Lump Sum).
  3. HR Specialist
    • Responsibilities:
      • Oversee human resource strategies, ensuring efficient workforce management.
      • Manage organizational structures, training programs, and employee development.
    • Eligibility:
      • Master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
      • 10 years of HR experience in a reputable organization.
    • Salary: Rs. 650,000/- (Lump Sum).
  4. Policy Specialist
    • Responsibilities:
      • Develop frameworks for procurement policies.
      • Analyze and address policy gaps while ensuring alignment with national and international standards.
    • Eligibility:
      • Master’s degree in Public Policy or related fields.
      • Minimum 10 years of experience in policy analysis.
    • Salary: Rs. 600,000/- (Lump Sum).
  5. Regulation Specialist
    • Responsibilities:
      • Ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulations.
      • Provide strategic advice on regulatory improvements.
    • Eligibility:
      • Master’s degree in Law, Business, or equivalent.
      • Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory roles.

General Details :
