• Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor (Supreme Court & High Court)
• No. of Positions: 01
• Monthly Retainership Fee: PKR 120,000
• Per Case Fees:
  • Supreme Court: PKR 100,000
  • Clerk Fee: PKR 10,000
  • Advocate on Record (AOR): PKR 11,000
  • Miscellaneous Expenses/Court Fee: As certified by AOR
  • High Court: PKR 50,000
  • Clerk Fee: PKR 5,000
  • Miscellaneous Expenses/Court Fee: As certified by the Senior Legal Advisor

Eligibility Criteria :

• Qualifications/Experience Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Advocate of the Supreme Court.
  • Strong expertise in service matters, revenue cases, and judgment quoting or publishing.

Key Responsibilities & Terms :

• Render legal advisory services and handle cases on behalf of PLRA and its officers.
• Refrain from accepting any cases involving PLRA’s interests.
• Disclose conflicts of interest promptly to the authority.
• Uphold professional integrity. Any breaches will be reported to the Bar Council, and PLRA may recover damages due to misconduct.
• Sign a non-disclosure agreement with PLRA to ensure confidentiality.

   • Detailed Documentation:
     • Total experience in service matters.
     • Total experience in revenue cases.
     • Total number of judgments quoted or published.
   • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with:
     • Attested copies of educational degrees, certificates, and mark sheets.
     • Experience letters.
     • Advocacy license of the Supreme Court Bar.
     • CNIC copy.
     • Two passport-size photographs.
2. Application Process:
   • Submit applications via post/courier with complete details, including name, postal address, and contact number to:

       2-Kilometer Thokar Bypass, Main Multan Road, Opposite EME, DHA Housing Society, Lahore.
   • Deadline for submission: 16 December 2024 (5:00 PM).
3. Additional Information:
   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
   • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
