Current Open Positions :

1. Assistant Professor (Architecture and Town Planning)
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • Qualification: Ph.D. in the relevant field or M.Phil./MS degree (equivalent) with 3 years of teaching or research experience in a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized institution.
     • Age Limit: 28–40 years.
2. Lecturer (Artificial Intelligence)
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • Qualification: Master’s or equivalent (16–18 years) in AI or related fields.
     • Age Limit: 21–44 years.
3. Lecturer (Allied Health Sciences)
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • Qualification: BS and M.Phil./Ph.D. in Allied Health Sciences with specialization in one of the required areas.
     • Experience: Minimum 2 years (preferred).
     • Age Limit: 25–40 years.
4. Lecturer (International Relations)
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • Qualification: Master’s in International Relations or relevant field.
     • Age Limit: 21–44 years.
5. Assistant for Business Incubation Center (BIC) (BPS-16)
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • Qualification: At least a Master’s degree or equivalent with relevant clerical experience.
6. Driver (BPS-05)
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • Qualification: Valid HTV driving license with 5 years of professional driving experience.
     • Age Limit: 30–45 years.
7. Conductor (BPS-05)
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • Qualification: Minimum middle school education with relevant experience.
     • Age Limit: 30–45 years.
8. Security Guard (BPS-01)
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     • Qualification: Middle pass with prior experience preferred.

General Instructions and Application Process :

1. Interested Candidates for appointment against the above-mentioned contractual post(s), fulfilling the above eligibility criteria, may submit duly filled Job Application Form and original fee receipt of Rs. 6050/- for (serial No: 01 to 03) and Rs. 2420/- for (serial No: 04) and Rs. 1210/- for other posts (serial No. 05 to 07) paid against HBL A/C No. 0325-786003075645, in favor of Treasurer University of Kotli (AJK), title: Miscellaneous Account UoK within due date.
2. Interested Candidates must submit the prescribed application form with a detailed CV, attested photocopies of all the relevant documents ( attested/verified by concerned bodies ), CNIC , Domicile and State Subject for AJK National and bank draft before the Deadline: Monday , December 02 , 2024. to the Office of the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli.
3. The Job Application Form is available at www.uokajk.edu.pk.
4. Candidates must bring all the original documents at the time of the interview.
5. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date shall not be entertained.
6. Call letters for the test/interview shall only be issued to eligible/shortlisted candidates.
7. No TA/DA shall be permissible for the test/interview.
8. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement partially or totally without assigning any reason.
