Key Responsibilities :
As the Chief Internal Auditor, you will:
- Lead internal audit processes and ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and financial controls.
- Design and implement effective internal control systems.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews to enhance operational efficiency and identify risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for presentation to the Board.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Qualifications:
- Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants (CA/ACCA/CPA/ACMA/MBA Finance) from a reputable local or international university/institute.
- Experience:
- At least five years of proven experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and designing internal control mechanisms for public/private sectors, including SOEs.
- Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 55 years at the time of application.
- Knowledge and Skills :
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, public sector laws, and governance frameworks.
- Expertise in ERP-based environments and data-driven reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
