1. Registrar (Open Merit) :
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Option A:
- Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution with 15 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent at reputable institutions or organizations, including 10 years in academic or administrative roles.
- Option B:
- First Division (2.5 CGPA) MBA/MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 18 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or above, with at least 10 years in academic administrative roles or examination departments.
- Option A:
2. Controller of Examinations (Open Merit) :
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Option A:
- Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized institution with 15 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent, including 10 years in academic administrative roles or examination departments.
- Option B:
- First Division (2.5 CGPA) MBA/MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 18 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or above, including 10 years in academic administrative or examination-related roles.

Key Requirements for Both Positions :
- Maximum age limit: 65 years.
- Proven track record in leadership and administrative management.
- Experience in academic governance is preferred.

- Non-refundable processing fee: Rs. 5000 (to be paid via Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of “COMSATS University Islamabad”).
