Eligibility Criteria :
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Pakistan with a valid CNIC.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of the closing date for application.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s or PhD in engineering disciplines, Industrial Economics, Industrial Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience:
- For Master’s Degree Holders: 15 years of experience in:
- Manufacturing/Industrial Sector Development
- Formulation & Implementation of Industrial Strategies
- Leadership roles in national or international organizations.
- For PhD Holders: 10 years of experience in the above domains.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic vision for industrial and economic development.
- Expertise in policy development and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu communication.
