Sargodha Waste Management Company (SWMC) is a leading organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984. SWMC is dedicated to implementing an efficient, transparent, responsive, sustainable, and integrated Solid Waste Management System in the Sargodha division. Current Openings :
1. Chief Internal Auditor (M-4) :
- Qualifications: Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Control Auditor, or a Master’s degree in Finance (HEC recognized).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Finance, Accounts, or Audit in Public/Private organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- No. of Posts: 1
2. Senior Manager MIS & IT (M-6) :
- Qualifications: 16 years of education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (HEC recognized). Foreign qualifications preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years in a relevant field in well-established public/private organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- No. of Posts: 1
3. Senior Manager Monitoring (M-6) :
- Qualifications: 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, Civil/Urban Planning, or Business Administration (HEC recognized). Foreign qualifications preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years in Operations Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a relevant field in public/private organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- No. of Posts: 4
4. Manager Monitoring (M-7) :
- Qualifications: 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, Civil/Urban Planning, or Business Administration (HEC recognized).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Operations Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a relevant field.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- No. of Posts: 17
5. Monitoring Assistant (M-8) :
- Qualifications: 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, Civil/Urban Planning, or Business Administration (HEC recognized).
- Experience: At least 2 years in Operations Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a relevant field in public/private organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- No. of Posts: 36
6. Assistant Manager HR & Admin (M-8) :
- Qualifications: 16 years of education in HR, Business Administration (specialization in HR), Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field (HEC recognized).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Public/Private organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- No. of Posts: 1
7. Assistant Manager Accounting & Finance (M-8) :
- Qualifications: CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent with 16 years of education in Finance & Accounts (HEC recognized).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Public/Private organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- No. of Posts: 1
8. Assistant Manager Network (M-8) :
- Qualifications: 16 years of education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (HEC recognized).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Public/Private organizations.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
