Government College Women University Faisalabad is seeking qualified, competent, and committed professionals to join its team for the following positions. These roles offer competitive pay scales, allowances, and benefits as per the GCWUF Employees (Appointment, Terms, and Conditions of Service) Statutes, 2021.
Current Openings :
1. Registrar (BS-20) :
- Contract Tenure: 3 Years (Non-Extendable)
- Domicile Requirement: Punjab
- Age Limit: 40-50 Years
- Number of Vacancies: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ph.D. in any discipline from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution with 8 years of post-qualification teaching/administrative experience in public or private HEC-recognized institutions.
- OR MPhil/MS (2nd Division) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution with 10 years of relevant experience.
- OR Master’s/BS (2nd Division) with 12 years of experience in relevant fields.
Note: Experience in administration at the university level is preferred. No advantage will be provided if experience certificates are not attached.
2. Controller of Examinations (BS-20) :
- Contract Tenure: 3 Years (Non-Extendable)
- Domicile Requirement: Punjab
- Age Limit: 40-50 Years
- Number of Vacancies: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ph.D. in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution with 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- OR MPhil/MS (2nd Division) in any discipline with 10 years of experience.
- OR Master’s/BS (2nd Division) with 12 years of relevant experience.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in examination administration in a university or educational board.
3. Treasurer (BS-20) :
- Contract Tenure: 3 Years (Non-Extendable)
- Domicile Requirement: Punjab
- Age Limit: 40-50 Years
- Number of Vacancies: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Economics with 8 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
- OR MPhil/MS (2nd Division) in relevant subjects with 10 years of relevant experience.
- OR Master’s in Finance/Commerce/Accounting or ACCA/ACMA/MBA with 12 years of relevant experience.
Note: Administrative experience in financial management at the university level is preferred.

- Documentation: Submit a complete application form with copies of educational certificates, experience letters, CNIC, recent photos, and an updated CV to the Recruitment Cell, GCWUF, Faisalabad.
- Deadline: Applications must reach by November 27, 2024 (online submissions by 4:00 PM).
- Note for Foreign Applicants: Candidates applying from abroad should pay the equivalent of the fee.
- General Instructions: Only complete applications will be considered. Age relaxation in the upper limit will be provided as per GCWUF rules. TA/DA will not be admissible for interviews.
