- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance), Economics, or an equivalent certification such as CA, ACCA, or ACMA with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience: 5+ years in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and internal controls in the public or private sector.
- Skills: Advanced financial analysis, leadership, proficiency in financial software, strong decision-making, and communication abilities.
- Age Limit: 45 years
2. Coordinator (Social Sector) :
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Sociology, Development Sciences, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. A Diploma or Certification in Project Management or Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in conducting social assessments and managing development projects.
- Skills: Strong project management, excellent communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
- Age Limit: 45 years
3. IT Assistant :
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, a graduate with a one-year diploma in IT.
- Experience: 2+ years in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Skills: Technical expertise in IT support, hardware and software maintenance, network security, and effective communication.
- Age Limit: 35 years
4. Network Engineer :
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Systems, or Information Technology, along with CCNA or CCDE certification.
- Experience: 5+ years in networking and IT support, with a proven track record in managing complex network infrastructures.
- Skills: Advanced network management, problem-solving, system security, and familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- Age Limit: 45 years
5. Research Officer :
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience: 3+ years in data analysis, academic research, or consulting.
- Skills: Expertise in statistical software (R, Stata, SPSS, Python), project management, report writing, and multitasking.
- Age Limit: 40 years
6. Research Analyst :
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience: 5+ years in research design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Skills: Proficiency in database management, statistical analysis, large dataset management, and strong communication skills.
- Age Limit: 40 years
7. Web Developer :
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in front-end and back-end web development.
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, problem-solving, web optimization, and teamwork.
