Current Openings :
1. Head of Research :
- Salary Range: PKR 450,000 – 650,000
- Qualifications: PhD in Economics from a reputable institution, specializing in macroeconomics, trade, or industrial economics.
- Experience: 10+ years in academia, government, or private sector, with 8 publications in HEC-recognized journals.
- Skills: Leadership in research, proficiency in R, Python, STATA, EViews, or similar statistical software.
2. Senior Economist :
- Salary Range: PKR 250,000 – 375,000
- Qualifications: PhD in Economics with expertise in related fields.
- Experience: 7+ years of economic research, policy analysis, and 3+ peer-reviewed publications.
- Skills: Proficiency in R, STATA, and EViews.
3. Senior Researcher/Economist :
- Salary Range: PKR 200,000 – 350,000
- Qualifications: PhD/MPhil/Master’s in Economics from a leading institution.
- Experience: 5+ years in research or policy analysis, with strong project management skills.
- Skills: Advanced quantitative analysis and expertise in R, STATA, or similar tools.
4. Senior Research Associate :
- Salary Range: PKR 175,000 – 250,000
- Qualifications: Master’s in Economics.
- Experience: 3-5 years of research or policy work.
- Skills: Data analysis with proficiency in R and STATA.
5. Research Associate :
- Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 175,000
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics.
- Experience: 1-3 years of research experience, preferably in business or industry surveys.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability and familiarity with data analysis software like STATA or R.
6. Research Analyst :
- Salary Range: PKR 75,000 – 125,000
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
- Experience: Proficiency in statistical tools like Excel, Stata, R, and SPSS.
- Skills: Ability to manage large datasets and excellent attention to detail.
7. Communication Manager :
- Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 300,000
- Qualifications: Master’s in Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in communications, writing, and digital marketing.
- Skills: Strong leadership, content creation, and proficiency in graphic design tools.
8. Creative Lead :
- Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 250,000
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-7 years in a creative role, leading design projects and teams.
- Skills: Strong portfolio and proficiency in design tools.
9. Graphic Designer :
- Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 175,000
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related discipline.

10. Admin/HR/Accounts Manager :
- Salary Range: PKR 75,000 – 120,000
- Qualifications: Master’s in Business, HR, or Finance.
- Experience: 4-6 years in HR, finance, or administration roles.
- Skills: Leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
11. Office Boy :
- Salary Range: PKR 30,000 – 60,000
- Qualifications: Matriculation (10th grade).
- Experience: 1 year in a similar role.
- Skills: Ability to manage routine office tasks efficiently.
